Security: Confirmation security bug

Dear Google , today i've created a new gmail . But at this one i have  noticed that on a new gmail created are some steps below to reach 100% account set. And which are bypassed or skipable from my WIN10 software system (maybe and on another OS) , just by clicking on them without reaching the requested steps , for ex : without getting gmail on android and all others which are in below that are  very easy to complete. So if you can see my image below i have bypassed all steps without doing anything for . I dont know if it have been noticed from your security staff but i have overlooked it.
