404 error page in chrome extensions documentation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/declare_permissions
(2) Scroll to to "displaySource"
(3) Try to open the link where it says: chrome.displaySource

Seems this API is only supported on Dev channel. Any idea on what's the status of the API is?

Fixing this probably just involves adding a file for displaySource API to chrome/common/extensions/docs/templates/public/extensions/.
