[ARC++ A11y] Map remaining events

Project Member Reported by lpalmaro@chromium.org, Mar 17 2017

Issue description

OS: Chrome

There are some events ChromeVox expects such as load complete when a webpage finishes loading that may not have an equivalent on Android. Likewise, there are events on Android without an equivalent in Chrome. This bug is to track the work to figure out if the missing mappings matter and what to do to mitigate any interaction shortcomings as a result.

There are also events that are somewhat unused by ChromeVox such as clicked, which ChromeVox should provide feedback for. For example, clicking on a show menu button should echo “hide menu button” when the clicked event comes back to indicate the new state.
