Extra line when using windows 10 display scaling

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. On windows 10, go to "settings" -> "display" -> "Change the size of text, and other items on this display"and set the slider to for example 125%. What is the expected behavior? The ui should be the same as the ui when not using display scaling. What went wrong? An extra line appears on both sides of the window. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using reported version-56.0.2924.87,stable-57.0.2987.110 & Canary-59.0.3048.0 as per comment#0. Not observed any extra line when we change the scaling (@125%,150%,175%,200% & 225%) on windows 10 machine. Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss any steps to reproduce the issue. Thank you!!

Sorry i did not explain this problem thoroughly enough. The problem can only be reproduced when using more than 1 monitor. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. On windows 10, go to "settings" -> "display" -> "Change the size of text, and other items on this display" and set the slider for one screen to for example 125% and for another screen to 100%. 2. Open chrome on the screen with display scaling set to 100%. 3. Drag the window to the other screen with display scaling set to 125% Currently i am unable to provide a screencast.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10 dual monitor with Chrome stable version-57.0.2987.133 and Canary-59.0.3063.0 as per comment#3.
