change arc tts voice in chromevox

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9372.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3041.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. chane android voice in arc settings 
2. chromevox should pickup the changes 
3. but the changes dont take efect 

What is the expected behavior?
chromevox should pickup the changes

What went wrong?
chromevox dont pickup the changes

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 59.0.3041.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 9372.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

but what if a tts have multiple languages? e.g google tts

Please file another bug if you are seeing an issue. You should be able to select a voice through the tts engine's settings -- similar to any other Android device.
