The new tab title is "chrome://newtab"

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open a new tab
2. look at the title
3.  it says "chrome://newtab"

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes Possibly last version, wasn't paying attention
