Rendering issue on Retina display ONLY, external monitor is fine (same browser window)

Open http://idbny.com 2. Navigate around site What is the expected behavior? Smooth transitions and no rendering issues What went wrong? Rendering / paint issues, sometimes elements render, sometimes they do not. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Not sure, site was developed a few years back Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

This happens for me on a 2013 Mac Pro with a UHD Asus monitor. I tried with 57 and Canary, I will try incognito later today.

This continues to be an issue in incognito mode. I have attached a video of the issues occurring. It becomes less of an issue when not using 3d transforms.
