Remove mario firmware update

We should remove this as it is not needed anymore.


Mario (CR48) has been marked as EOL and no more updates. Do you want to
 (1) Remove the chromeos-firmware-mario in private board overlay, then
 (2) Remove this special handling?

... And remove updater1.sh after that
