Use one method to scroll to content edge with EarlGrey |
||
Issue descriptionEarlGrey has a method that swipes quickly (actionForSwipeFastInDirection), and a method that scrolls to the content edge slowly (actionForScrollToContentEdge). This means for cases with a large content area, it either takes several seconds to scroll with actionForScrollToContentEdge, or we have to make a call to actionForSwipeFastInDirection to get close to the edge quickly, then a second call to actionForScrollToContentEdge to make sure we reach the edge. It would be nice if this logic could be simplified, while letting us scroll quickly through views.

The referenced EG bug sounds like it won't be fixed. They updated their documentation to make it more clear what will guarantee scrolls to content edge. |
