Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. ctrl+alt+T to open crosh
2. select some text (e.g. select "Welcome to crosh") (then it will show the scissors icon indicating the text has been copied)
3. try to paste the text somewhere e.g. address bar

What is the expected behavior?
selected text from crosh is pasted

What went wrong?
nothing, or old contents of clipboard, is pasted
