The partial CSA port of RegExpExecStub slows things down a bit on some architectures. Should be fixed once the full port lands: https://codereview.chromium.org/2752143003/

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This has mostly recovered through other CLs. The full port is still blocked on arm64/arm. Closing this in the meantime since we will not go back to fully native RegExpExec.
