'Success' text is not seen on 'Import bookmarks and settings' overlay after importing data.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)
 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/importData
(2) Select 'Microsoft Edge' from drop down then click on import
(3) Observe on 'Import bookmarks and settings' overlay.

Actual: 'Success' text is not seen on 'Import bookmarks and settings' overlay after importing data.

Expected: 'Success' text should seen on 'Import bookmarks and settings' overlay.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-56 series (56.0.2921.0).

This is WAI. There is also the supplementary text below which mentions your bookmarks and settings are ready.
