Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Swedish Keyboard, Chrome language set to English.
2. Devtools, try type in console Alt Gr + 8 or Alt Gr + 9 for brackets.
3. Switches between tabs instead.

What is the expected behavior?
I should get brackets in console. Not switch dev tools tabs

What went wrong?
Dev tools switches tabs: [ switches left, ] switches right.
