Chrome Version: 58.0.3029.12 but I've noticed this in earlier builds, too
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable chromevox and press Search + slash to open find in page
(2) finish your find but pressing enter

From here, the panel still says "find in page" and even though I'm navigating elsewhere on the page, its not rendering speech or braille output in the panel anymore. I need to quite chromevox and reenable it to get the panel to function properly again.
