Missing borders in the context menu when set up a non-integer scaling factor (like 2.5) on the HiDPI screen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/56.0.2924.76 Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the browser.
2. Right click on the empty place.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Borders of the context menu render correct when set up a non-integer scaling factor (like 2.5) on the HiDPI screen.

What went wrong?
Right and bottom borders of the context menu aren't visible or almost aren't visible when set up a non-integer scaling factor (like 2.5) on the HiDPI screen.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04.2
Flash Version: 

Screen resolution: 3840x2160, scaling factor: 2.5.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 HiFPI screen using chrome latest stable #57.0.2987.110 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the borders of the context menu is rendering fine as expected. 

yustovskiy@ Could you please recheck this issue on chrome latest stable #57.0.2987.110 and kindly update the bug with latest behavior.

The same on Win 10. Only the shadow on the right and the bottom, not border. Screenshot attached.

It's reproduced only on 2.5 scaling factor. If it's set as 2, all is normal.
