Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. chrome://plugins/ 2. In Address Bar 3. ERR_INVALID_URL What is the expected behavior? It should display a list of the Chrome Plugins. It worked in Chrome 56 What went wrong? The Plugin page displays an error Did this work before? Yes Google Chrome 56 Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Self Explaintory

Chrome://plugins was removed with R57 on purpose.
