Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 56.0.2924.110 (64-bit) Platform 9000.91.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan ARC Version 3756504 Firmware Google_Cyan.7287.57.100 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Download bubble upnp/dlna server from play store under chrome-os (2) Run dlna client like vlc (go to network tab) and it will see the bubble server (3) On another client on the same network as the chrome-os/book you will not see the bubble server What is the expected result? Clients on the same network will be able to see server resources running in ARC just like on a normal android devices provide. What happens instead? Network access is restricted/unavailable for server apps. Theory: The ARC/Android subsystem is running via a bridged network interface with a private (and NAT'd) subnet that cannot be reached from other machines on the chrome-os network.

You may find this chrome app useful. It will let you setup a simple forwarding rule to forward incoming LAN TCP traffic to the android interface / port https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/connection-forwarder/ahaijnonphgkgnkbklchdhclailflinn

Also this looks to be a duplicate of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=705050

I don't think this a duplicate since the other discussion is basically something that won't result in the (expected) behavior wanted here. I've started a discussion on the issue to discuss this. Thanks for posting the app link; I'll take a look and see if that can help in my use cases.
