WebView is not activating

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:Lenovo Moto G5
Android version:7.0 Nougat
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView): 0.0.0.1

The WebView is not activating in my phone, I can not access my banking account and some others apps. I need an answer urgently

Hi Felipe,

What are the apps that stopped working?
Meanwhile, can you update Chrome to the latest version and see whether it fixes your issues?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
on N, Webview functionality is provided by Chrome. Please update Chrome.
