With response to comment #3:
Chrome browser Language is set to English (United States)

CL:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/55.0.2858.0..55.0.2860.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000
(Unable to narrow down the range since getting all good builds via tool hence searching the cl manually from change log)

Suspecting: 418425 or 418294 ?
Kindly help to resign if this is not related to your change.

This doesn't seem to be related to either of those CLs, rather this is probably from the translation commit in that regression range. (https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/ce55eccd0ae7187d77f53b3cd70d13465c86df15%5E%21/#F464)

Which is to say, I don't think this was a regression but rather it looks like the string was originally translated that way for Great Britain.

+emilyschechter: do you know whom to ask about why the string was translated from "Learn more" to "Find out more" for GB?

+manji@ is our LPM. Could you help us with this translation issue? Happy to provide any more details.

This is not a localization bug. Can't confirm if it's still relevant to the current English UI.

Cannot reproduce on current stable (M60).
Shall we mark this issue as Won't Fix or Fixed?

Didn't observe Actual & Expected behavior on latest releases.

Attaching the screenshot for reference.
