Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3042.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? Not a regression. It didn't work before. The text was truncated as well, though the width was fortunately long enough to fit the first letter.

Thanks for the report. Closing and reopening DevTools fixes the problem, because DevTools recalculates the size of text. Since regular websites also require a refresh when changing minimum font size, it is reasonable for DevTools as well. Marking as WontFix. |
