scroll freeze in Google Chrome console at large amount data

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.19 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://explain.sy24.ru/ in Firefox and Google Chrome
2. Open Dev tools -> console
3. Try scroll console in both browsers

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
scroll freeze in Google Chrome but scroll fine in Firefox

This is a known annoying problem, yes.
See  issue 640799 ,  issue 658525 , also  issue 640657 .
