Bypass windows password to see logins info

PRIVACY ISSUE
Please provide a brief summary of the privacy issue.

VERSION:
Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.87 + stable
Operating System: Windows 10

REPRODUCTION STEPS
To bypass Windows's password request to show saved password in chrome as autocomplete you can:
1- install a fresh firefox.
2- request to import settings, bookmarks and auto logins from chrome.
3- Go to firefox's Options -> Security -> saved logins
4- click show passwords. 
5- enjoy all passwords which are saved in passwords.google.com and synchronised with the chrome user.

Thank you very much for reporting this issue. I can reproduce it with Chrome 70 and latest Firefox release.

I don't think that it would be the expected behavior and its quite important.
Could you please help assigning this bug?
