Security: Printing a password secured PDF removes the password

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
Please provide a brief explanation of the security issue.

VERSION
Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.98 (64-bit) stable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 10.0.14393 Build 14393

REPRODUCTION CASE
Open a password secured PDF in Chrome and print it as PDF -> the printed PDF isn't password secured anymore.

Hi gegson@, thanks for the report. When you say "Open a password secured PDF", does that include supplying the correct password?
