crypto/subtle/worker-subtle-crypto-concurrent.html timed out flakily on MSAN

Project Member Reported by qyears...@chromium.org, Mar 14 2017

Issue description

This test is marked slow for all platforms; most of the time it finishes in about 10 seconds, but several times recently it has timed out after 330s on MSAN builds.

Flakiness dashboard: https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#testType=webkit_tests&tests=crypto/subtle/worker-subtle-crypto-concurrent.html

Test link: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/crypto/subtle/worker-subtle-crypto-concurrent.html

Eric, do you know why this test might get stuck and time out sometimes?

Shouldn't be getting stuck for that long. Maybe a bug with the webworker implementation?
