Icon is fine on 58.0.3029.14 dev.

Need to check the -10.99f icon on a build with the tool fix.

Revert icon to unmodified state

This should be in the next Canary.

The top image is what will be in M58 stable, as crrev/2732493002 didn't land
until after branch point.  The middle image is what is currently live in Canary.
 The bottom image is with this fix.
