Add GN --check on "more configs" bots.

We don't run GN's --check command for the "more configs" bots we have today. This means we're lacking coverage on some combinations of GN variables.

This bug tracks testing out locally for Android and Linux that the changes in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/451399/ doesn't break. Then land that CL and monitor the next build to ensure it doesn't break.

It might be the case that some fixes needs to be landed upstream WebRTC in case some combinations of GN variables doesn't pass GN check.
