Tab unresponsive on twitch.tv

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 OPR/43.0.2442.1144

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.twitch.tv/videos/127680865

What is the expected behavior?
Page working

What went wrong?
Page freezes. Unresponsive page dialog shown after some time offering killing tab or waiting for it to finish

Crashed report ID: 2ffa5874-1f38-46d1-9d53-3f2224359f85

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3041.1  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

Tested on windows 10 & 7 using chrome canary M59 #59.0.3041.1 and similar behavior is seen in firefox browser too.

THe given url "https://www.twitch.tv/videos/127680865" is launched in chrome and firefox and observed page freeze and unresponsive in both the browsers . Attached screencast for same.

This might not be chrome specific issue as it occurs across all browsers.

@gmiazga-- Could you please check in other broswers also and confirm the same and update the thread.

Reproducible on Safari (Mac) and Firefox (Windows). Edge (Windows 10) also seems to be affected. And seems to be running fine just on Internet Explorer (version 11.576.14393.0).
