Issue descriptionChrome Version:59.0.3041.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) 0192171168e7afc337edc13c150eca4152185cd5-refs/heads/master@{#456562} OS:Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1) Pre-condition: 1. Add ‘Fillr Autofill for Chrome’ extension using url :https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fillr-autofill-for-chrome/ojhegjfmbbpahdggoekcbmejnifimeca?hl=en-US What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings-frame 2. Click on extension icon near ’Manage autofill settings’ (such that pop up is seen)under Password and forms section of chrome://settings-frame 3. then click on ‘Manage extension’ link of pop up(it will navigate to chrome://extensions page) 3. Come back on chrome://settings-frame page and observe. Actual:’This setting is controlled by:’ pop up does not get close after clicking on ‘Manage extensions’ link. Expected: Pop up should close after clicking on ‘Manage extensions’ link. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 59’ and below is manual bisect: Good build:59.0.3037.0 Bad build:59.0.3039.0
