Security: I can visit torrent sites

Reported by nevkosda...@gmail.com, Mar 14 2017

Issue description

VULNERABILITY DETAILS

I don't technically know if this is a security issue ,but
its definitely a bug in the chrome applications. It was
recently in the news ,that torrents could no longer be
accessible by google.I was actually able to by-pass this
and enter different torrent sites,as part of an experiment .

Well when you enter the torrent sites name ,and search it ,
Of course Google search engine won't display the site, but
only the information related to it.Articles ,news and stuff
like that.Same thing when you search using the torrent's
url address on the search engine.

But when enter the url address on the address tab,it takes
you right to the torrent .No problems in between.
So don't you thing it's kind of an irony ,when the search
engine doesn't let you access it ,but an application of the
same company does. This dual nature could cause many problems to the new anti piracy policy.

VERSION
Chrome Version:57.0.2987.98 + [stable]
Operating System:Windows 7 -64 bit [possible in all OS versions]

REPRODUCTION CASE
1.Search for any torrent sites, using their name and/or url address on the GOOGLE search engine .It will show details about the web page, but not the actual torrent.
2.Enter the torrent's address and you are taken to the torrent website.

eg. Search for kickass torrents, and you won't get the official site.
    Enter http://katcr.to/
http://kickass-torrent.to/ ,etc into the address tab and you get the access to the website.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Summary: Security: I can visit torrent sites (was: Security: is)
Google Chrome doesn't make any attempt to block you from navigating to sites unless those sites will harm your computer or steal your information.
