Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.19 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and go to chrome://downloads >> Resize window to extreme left >> Move horizontal scrollbar to right (2)Click on More actions 3 dot menu and observe. Expected: No autoscroll should be seen and menu should be opened. Actual: Instead page auto scrolls to left. This is a regression issue broken in M58. I don't think this is a release blocker or a P1. Also the conversion from paper-menu to cr-action-menu landed on January, so this is not as recent.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac os 10.12.3 using chrome M59 #59.0.3047.4 . @Could someone please provide us an update on this. Thanks!

I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned. So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself. |
