Regression:Print preview is not displaying in google support pages.

Chrome Version: 59.0.3040.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above URL.
(2)click  ctrl+p and verify the text in print preview page and observe.

Note:Issue exist for most of the google support pages.

Expected Result:Should be able to see the print preview page.
Actual Result:Print preview is not displaying

This is regression issue broken in M-59

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Dev #59.0.3040.0 by following steps mentioned in the original comment, Observed able to view the print preview page.

sahitya@ could you please confirm if the issue is consistent and update the bisect information from your end.

Issue is intermittent is Windows and able to repro Continuously  in Linux machines.

This renders correctly (the first page has content even) when viewed in 59.0.3042.0. Can you please try dating your chrome and see if the problem still persists?

The linked pdfium Cl would not effect this as it's in a part of the code that is not enabled in Chrome.

Able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome #59.0.3037.0, but not able to reproduce on the latest #59.0.3041.0.
