What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to device and Open a browser
(2) Now try to introduce kernel panic using onboard keyboard (Use Alt key which is on the right side of the space bar - 
Press Alt+Volume Up+X (press X while holding Alt and VolUp keys) -see screenshot

What is the expected result?
Right Alt key should work same as the left Alt key and introduce Kernel panic

What happens instead?
Right Alt key does not introduce kernel panic.  (Observed this issue on ARM devices as nyan-blaze, nyan-big & veyron-minnie)
