puppet is not updating Sponge code |

Issue descriptionLab uses puppet to update code in /usr/local/autotest-private-utils/sponge This seems to be not working now. I did a manual update (git pull) in chromeos-server3, which is able to bring the sponge code up to date. However, other drones and shards are not updated. We need a fix in puppet.
