Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Fill out your taxes in TurboTax 2. Go to payment page, choose CC as payment type (for TurboTax fees) 3. Start typing CC number in appropriate box What is the expected behavior? CC autofill pop up and autocomplete rest of CC # and information. What went wrong? No popup appears. Did this work before? Not able to test the issue, as it requires US mobile number and SSN number.Hence adding appropriate label for further investigation. Thanks..

Unfortunately we don't have a test account for triaging. Zach, would you mind finding an owner for this issue. M58 stable is approach soon. Can we have fix ASAP.

Remove m-stone target, as I'm not sure there's an easy fix here. Hard to really debug without having a consistent account in turbotax ready to test.
