GSuite Contacts flicker when zoom over 150%

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome browser go to Gmail
2. use waffle go to contacts
3. change zoom to 150% or 175% and right side of body of page flickers from right to middle page left

What is the expected behavior?
nothing

What went wrong?
page rendering fails

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

tested on multiple woorkstations in enterprise enviroment
 
Found that only happens in page opened in external monitor
Must click on a contact to start the flcikering

Tested on windows 7 & 10 using external monitor with chrome latest stable M57 #57.0.2987.98 and followed below steps:

1. Connected windows laptop with external monitor and launched chrome.
2. Signed into gmail and opened contacts through waffle.
3. Clicked on a contact and zoomed browser to 150 % to 175 % and didnt observe any rendering issue.

@ kathleen.schlicht-- Could you please check attached screencast and comfir, us if we had followed correct steps in reproducing the issue and alos please try in latest stable and please help us by providing the screencast , if you can still reproduce the issue .
