Project Member Reported by jif@chromium.org, Mar 13 2017

Issue description

Should we do a NTP promo for the reading list?

I think it is a great idea!

@jif : would you like to squeeze this into in your Q2 OKRs ?
Relevant document is in comment #2. We just need to get agreement on the three strings variations to use with Shimi.
I am proposing the following:

1. Read offline by adding pages to your Reading List

3. Save pages to read later. Learn more

5. Save pages to read later and offline. Learn more

[where "Learn more" is linked to the HC article]

#1 and #3 LGTM
#5 "to read later and offline" is a bit awkward. How about "Save pages to read later, even when you're offline"?

Great. Thank you, srahim@.

So the three options are:
1. Read offline by adding pages to your Reading List
2. Save pages to read later. Learn more
3. Save pages to read later, even when you're offline

In 1, we'd hyperlink "adding pages"
In 2, we'd hyperlink "Learn more"
In 3, we'd hyperlink "read later"

Makes sense ?

jif@ will own this going forward and will sync with gchatz@ regarding next steps.

Given we will be doing something for reading list as part of the user education effort, we should hold off on this for now. Assigning to myself to re-assess in Q3.

This is superseded by the "New" chip in the menu that we're launching in M64.
