Spammers are setting up accounts, posting comments, and even launching reverts in the search for ... god knows what. Andrii you are our main point of contact for handling ACLs, is there anything we can do here? Can we ban these users ourselves?

This goes to git admin on duty. This user can be banned, but I am not aware of any generic solution to automatically ban users :(
