Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: Try to use the properties `wrap-flow` or `wrap-through`. What is the expected behavior? As described in the CSS Exclusions specification (working draft): https://www.w3.org/TR/css3-exclusions/ What went wrong? Blink does not seem to support CSS Exclusions. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? No All but IE/Edge Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: It would be great to be able to use Exclusions in Chromium, even though said specification seems to be a working draft. Implementing Exclusions now also means it can be shipped as soon as the specification becomes a recommendation.

@hdodda@chromium.org-- I'm not sure how to properly reply to a comment, but here goes! https://jsfiddle.net/krLa9c1j/5/ It works in Edge but not in Chrome. Steps: 1. Use `wrap-flow: both` on an element. 2. Place, or otherwise position (for example absolutely), that element in the middle of some inline content. 3. Expect the inline content to flow around said element.

Most of the work for this would be in Layout.
