Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/56.0.2924.76 Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to Google Drive and select one or more folders to download. Files are then being zipped. 2. Select external hard drive as destination for download 3. Files are being downloaded, but UI is unresponsive What is the expected behavior? UI keeps working and does not freeze up at any time. What went wrong? The UI freezes as soon as the download starts. The window still resizes when moved/changed, but nothing is "clickable" and navigation by shortcuts is not working. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 - Problem only occurs when downloading to my external drive, not when downloading to the local "Downloads" folder. - Only the window in which the download is initiated freezes. All other windows of the same session/profile are not affected. - Also it only seems to occur when downloading large zipped files from Google Drive.

The size of the zipped file seems to be the problem. 400mb is ok, 2gb is freezing the UI (Can I edit the issue?)
