Graphics Driver crash

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just browse the web

What is the expected behavior?
For no graphics driver crash

What went wrong?
The application turns off my display, restarts it, and a windows notification appears stating: chrome.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware. 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested on windows 10 using chrome latest stable M57 #57.0.2987.98 and couldn't reproduce the crash.

@rtv030202--Could you please try in latest chrome stable in a fresh chrome profile without extensions and flags enabled , and if you can still reproduce the issue , please provide us the sample url and steps to reproduce the crash and also the crash id from chrome://crashes.
