the browser can be navigated to malicious sites

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to any site
2. click on scroll bar
3. redirects to clostream malware site

What is the expected behavior?
redirects to malware website

What went wrong?
the browser gets affected by malware sites like clostream, watermelon..

Summary: the browser can be navigated to malicious sites (was: the browser gets easily affected by malware)
Sadly, there are lots of malicious sites on the web, and it's a core part of the web platform that any site may navigate to any other.

Chrome includes a feature called SafeBrowsing that aims to block loading of malicious sites. If you find a malicious site that hasn't yet been blocked, you can report it to SafeBrowsing for blocking.
