Moved website from HTTP to HTTPS - HTTPS load error in Chrome only

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 57.0.2987.98
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :https://northeastquadrant.com.au
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:OK
  Firefox 4.x:OK
     IE 7/8/9:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enter URL https://northeastquadrant.com.au
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
It should load to the home page of www.northeastquadrant.com.au  as a secure site

What happens instead of that?
"This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This occurred after I moved the http site to https. I've uninstalled Chrome, cleared caches etc 

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest chrome stable i..e, 57.0.2987.98 on Windows 7 and 10, Mac and Linux. 

 pkjp71@ can you please try the same in Incognito window or new profile?, if you still able to reproduce please provide us chrome://net-internal log please find details here : https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details

I can't repro, either.  Could you please provide a net-internals log of this happening?  Instructions:  https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details.  Be sure to open net-internals before you reproduce the error.

From the product forum thread, I believe the server has since updated their years-out-of-date Windows server. (It was the old IIS AES-GCM bug.)

Yes, the problem has been resolved. It was the server hots who had not updated fixes on the Windows Server.
