Error while installing depot_tools

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Follow accurately the depot_tools installing tutorial for windows up to running the gclient command.
2. Run the gclient command on a windows cmd
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Portable git gives the error shown in the screenshot.

Did this work before? No
