pepflash upgrade? not clean temp folder

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. on windows 7 (64bits) open %temp%

What is the expected behavior?
clean temp folder

What went wrong?
more folder with pepflashplayer.dll
or crl-set ; manifest.fingerprint ; manifest.json

Did this work before? Yes before remove clic to play

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: blocked by default

not only pepflash.
I found folder Temp in C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome
with scoped_dir_4168_12982 folder (date 2017/22/03)  and old_chrome.exe file (date 2017/14/03).. temp folder in program files !

same with Version 59.0.3071.29, two new temp fodler just this day!
%temp%\6432_19740 and 6020_9759

Are you running any antivirus software?

yes, free avast antivirus, but same temporary in %temp% on VM without antivirus and another google account.
