Bookmark bar icons are looking weird

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3038.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I've only updated Chrome to newest version

What is the expected behavior?
Please change this/fix this back to the old width from icon to the title of the bookmark.

What went wrong?

This is broken by r456078 "Refactor ViewsDelegate and MD-ify the icon-to-text spacing for checkbox and radiobutton"
Now the spacing after an icon is larger than that before, which definitely is incorrect, regardless of MD or not.

I'm guessing you have "Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI" set to "enable" in about:flags.  Turn that off.  We're not ready to ship that yet and things may break at any time.

We did make a change that affects the normal (non-flag-controlled) state too, but it's only by 3 px, not nearly what you're showing here.

#2, yes, disabling chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md solves the issue, thanks!

Issue is caused by chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md. I deactivated it now. Thanks!
