What is your printer model?

If you print to the Microsoft XPS virtual printer, or other virtual printers like CutePDF Writer, does that work correctly? I tried with those virtual printers, and the output is not missing any strokes.
printer model:EPSON LQ-630K ESC/P2

use paper printing

Can you confirm using virtual printers work ok? Can you try with a different printer (maybe on a friend's computer) to see if the problem only happens with your printer?
Can you confirm using virtual printers work ok?
----
yes i'm sure

Can you try with a different printer (maybe on a friend's computer) to see if the problem only happens with your printer?
---
The problem is that the customer found that he was using a different printer
Just to be clear, in comment 14, are you saying your customer has this issue, and your customer is not using an Epson LQ-630K. You are using the Epson printer and that also has this issue.
I think so,nothing to do with the printer model ,why is IE printing is right but chrome is worng?
I tried with 57.0.2987.98 on Windows 10 with a Ricoh laser printer. The output looks fine. I can try a Brother and HP printer tomorrow and see if I can reproduce this problem with those printers.
use needle printer ,not laser printer
Summary: PDF print issue on dot matrix printers (was: PDF print issue)
I tested a Brother laser and that works too.

If by needle, you mean a dot matrix printer, I will have to go find one.
Yes ,and EPSON LQ-630K ESC/P2 the same type

As said in Comment # 17, unable to reproduce the issue on Win 10 using stable 57.0.2987.110 and Ricoh laser printer.
We'll try to find a dot matrix printer and see if we can reproduce this.

In the meanwhile, can you try visiting chrome://flags, and enabling the "GDI Text Printing" experiment, restart Chrome, and try printing again? Does that make a difference?

What does the print out look like with the "GDI Text Printing" experiment enabled? Same as before?

I don't have a dot matrix printer for testing yet.
