please increase size of URL that appears in the bottom-left corner when you hover cursor over a link

Reported by billdill...@gmail.com, Mar 11 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
just a little feature request: I tried this out on quite a few different machines before I decided to post this and I have to say, the font size of the URL in the bottom-left corner that appears when you hover over a link, it really is too small, it should be bigger. And not only should it be bigger, but the text should be black (or at least, darker than it currently is). screenshot attached

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
see above

Did this work before? N/A

This really should be looked at... Why wouldn't the text be black? And why choose such a small font size?
