Issue description

Update after UI review:

ChromeOS OOBE Network selection screen:
 - Connected network font should be medium instead of bold, color #333333, size 13sp

Zach, this UI element is shared with settings UI.

So we need first to check if our settings UI should look the same.

OK, sounds like we want to fix this in both places, I will make the change.

This seems more like a P2 that we can fix for 59 though?
