DevTools: console suggestbox behaves inconsistently with other suggestboxes |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 56.0.2924.87 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open devtools 2. Open console 3. Type "w". Suggest box appears, showing "window" suggestion preselected. 4. Hit enter. Expected: the suggestion gets applied Actual: the "w" is executed. On the contrary, all other suggest boxes in devtools apply suggestion which is selected in blue.
