video_WebRtcPeerConnectionWithCamera.h264 is failing on  these platforms:
    nyan_blaze: Tegra K1
    kevin: RK3399
    peach_pit: Exynos 5420
    peppy: Haswell
    minnie: Rk328

It passes consistently on these:
    falco: Haswell
    link: IvyBridge

Error: Timed out waiting for condition: loopback.html reports itself as finished

The VP8 variation is in good health.
